AVDeco Hera HR420
The AVDeco HR420 is big, versatile, and seriously adjustable. Its four adjustable shelves can be placed almost anywhere, in 1.5” increments, between 8.5” and 18” from the floor, depending upon your application. You can get a really big Flat Panel or regular TV on this stand. It can handle all sorts of large and small and unusual-sized pieces of equipment as well.
The HR420 is not only flexible in what it can accommodate, but its beautiful, open design fits in with a wide range of décor styles – from modern white & bright to retro warm & cozy. It’s made with a strong lightweight aluminum alloy called Duralumin* and screws together in a snap so you can have your system up and running quickly.
The glass is highly polished and tempered for shatter-resistance. The shelves are 10mm thick for rigidity and to safely support those heavy A/V components (or maybe lunch for the Bridge Club ...). The top shelf can hold a whopping 250 lbs, the middle shelves 90 lbs, and the bottom 120 lbs. Moreover, you can even add or remove shelves if need be – without compromising the integrity of this piece.
The HR420 can also be wheeled from place to place on the included ball casters, should you be so inclined. The rear supports do double duty as a Duralumin hollow-tube wire management system with 2” holes in back every few inches for those large A/V connectors and cable bundles.
Lastly, lasting good looks are ensured by a combination of anodized coating on the Duralumin pieces and chrome plating on the little hardware bits.
As an extra bonus, this piece is currently available in clear glass for those who desire that style.
*Duralumin is a strong lightweight aluminum alloy used in aircraft.
Materials:
- Columns and legs are Duralumin.
*Duralumin is a remarkably strong material made from Aluminum, Copper, Magnesium, and Manganese that is easy to work when raw and then becomes very hard after heat treatment. It’s used extensively in aircraft due to its strength and lightness. - Columns and legs are sandblasted and then electrostatically coated with a durable layer to prevent corrosion and discoloration of the metal.
- Connectors and caps are chrome plated Duralumin.

Glass:
- All Glass is 10mm thick.
- Top Shelf Capacity: 250 lbs

- The glass is tempered so it does not present a danger in the unlikely event it should be shattered.
- The glass is a light green tint. This has been found to be the most pleasing to the eye initially and also not does not get old or start to look “cheap” after you’ve owned the stand for awhile. It also fits in with more décor styles than other colored glasses.
- Clear glass is optional.
Cable Management:
- The rear column has large wire-management holes in back.
- The shelf slots can be used for smaller cables.
Adjustments:
- The lowest shelf (top side of shelf) is at 8.5” from floor.
- The highest shelf (top side of shelf) is at 18” from floor.
- The shelves adjust in 1.5” increments.
